At CupAndJournalShop.com, every product is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our mugs and journals, we want to be upfront about our refund and return policies. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All items are custom printed and made to order.

As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind” or “ordered the wrong size/design.”
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will provide either:

A replacement (at no additional cost to you), or

A full/partial refund (depending on the situation)
3. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/customized products (all mugs and journals we sell)

Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

Clearance or final sale items
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Shipping Costs on Returns

If we request that an item be returned, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.
